Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved several proposals. Under this, Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal for the creation of 154 posts for the operation of the newly formed Rajasthan State Forest Development Corporation under the eco-tourism policy of the state government. These posts will be created for the headquarters of the corporation as well as for the regional offices located at Jaipur, Bikaner, Suratgarh, Udaipur, and Ajmer. 


At the same time, taking an important decision in the interest of sugarcane growing farmers, he has approved an increase of Rs 50 per quintal in the purchase price of sugarcane by the Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills for the crushing season 2021-22. With this decision of Gehlot, sugarcane growing farmers will be able to get the remunerative price of sugarcane. 

Ashok Gehlot has also given his approval to the proposal of releasing this amount to the Zilla Parishads by making an additional provision of Rs 302 crore for the Rajiv Gandhi Jal Sanchay Yojana. With this approval of Gehlot, maximum harvesting, conservation, and judicious use of available water sources will be ensured in the state. This amount has been provisioned under the head of the Water Conservation Cess Fund.
