Brutality with a girl: 36-year-old neighbour raped her, inserted a rod in her private parts

Ahmedabad: A 10-year-old girl has been raped by her neighbour in Gujarat. A 36-year-old man in Bharuch, Gujarat, was cruel to his neighbour. After taking the girl to a secluded place and raping her, the man inserted an iron rod in her private parts. This incident took place last Monday in the Jagadia industrial area of ​​Bharuch. Police have arrested Vijay Paswan, a resident of Jharkhand, who raped the 10-year-old girl.

The accused, who worked in the same factory as the girl's father, lived near the girl's house. The accused forcibly took the girl, who was playing near the house, to a deserted place and raped her in the bushes. After this, the girl somehow managed to escape from there.

Hearing the girl's screams, her mother rushed to the spot and found the girl. After this, the police were informed. Police said that the girl had injuries in her private parts. The 10-year-old girl was admitted to the civil hospital in Bharuch, but due to serious injuries, she was referred to a government hospital in Vadodara, where she underwent surgery.

Superintendent of Police Mayur Chaura said that the initial investigation has revealed that the accused had raped the girl last month as well. Paswan is married and has two children. Police have registered a case against Paswan under the POCSO Act. Police said that a detailed investigation is being done in the case and other accused are also being searched for.
