An accused in Bhagalpur has accused the police of third-degree torture. Narrating his ordeal in court, the youth said that the police poured petrol on his private parts and beat him up to make him confess the crime.

Bhagalpur News: During the hearing of a theft case in Bhagalpur, the accused exposed the third-degree torture of Bihar Police. The accused narrated his ordeal while crying in the courtroom and revealed the misdeeds of the police. The accused said in front of the court that the police not only beat him to make him confess the crime but also treated him worse than animals.

In which case did the police arrest him

Actually, this entire case is from the Akbarnagar police station area. On December 8, a complaint of mobile snatching and wrong transaction of Rs 1 lakh through UPI in that mobile phone came to the notice of the police. Police registered a case in Akbarnagar police station and started investigating the matter. In this case, the police have arrested Roshan Jha and one of his friends.

After third-degree torture, the accused confessed his crime

According to the accused Roshan Jha, the police beat him badly in the police station and used such third-degree torture that he had to confess his crime. During this, the policemen poured petrol into his private part and abused his mother and sister. During the hearing in the court, when the accused Roshan narrated his ordeal in front of the judge, the judges as well as the people present in the court room were shocked.

Orders for strict action against policemen

The court of ACJM 1 listened to the sad story of the accused carefully and ordered the formation of a medical board to investigate the case. After the case came to light, City SP Dr. K. Ramdas talked about investigating the case and said that whatever allegations have been made against the policemen are very serious. Strict action will be taken against the policemen found guilty in the case.
