Bihar Bullies Burnt Dalit Colony: In Bihar's Nawada, around 7 pm on Wednesday evening, the police received information that 40-50 houses in Krishna Nagar Dalit colony near Narora have been set on fire. As soon as the information was received, even the top officials were in a panic. Even the SP-DM reached the spot in a hurry. On reaching there, people told that along with setting fire, firing was also done. Considering the seriousness of the situation, all the things started being investigated one by one.
The shell was not recovered
After investigation late at night, the officials said that the houses of a total of 21 families were on fire. If any other family comes forward, this number may increase further. No death has been reported so far. The firing is not yet confirmed. The reason is that no shell has been recovered from the spot. However, the survey team is still investigating. It will be known later whether firing took place or not.
The force will remain deployed for 2-3 days
Officials further said that in view of the tension, the force will be deployed in the village for the next 2-3 days. Also, if anyone wants to give information about this incident, they can do so. The force will be removed only after seeing the situation of tension. At present, 10 people including the main accused have been arrested in this case. Right now the crime team is raiding many places. Many more people may be arrested.

The DM said that there is a dispute over the land occupied by Dalit families. These Dalit families are in a dispute with the other party over the possession of the land. The matter is being taken up with the administrative authorities. The victim families allege that the goons suddenly attacked them on Wednesday evening. Their houses were set on fire along with assault. It is alleged that firing was also done. Zonal Officer Vikesh Kumar said that after receiving information about the fire, the fire brigade has been sent, and an investigation is being conducted about the plot on which the dispute has taken place.
