Bengaluru Madrasa Viral Video: Bengaluru, Karnataka. A heartbreaking incident has come to light from a madrasa in Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru. An innocent 11-year-old girl has been brutally beaten here. CCTV footage of this entire incident has also surfaced.
This incident is said to have taken place on February 16. It was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the madrasa. The victim's mother lodged a complaint on February 21. According to the victim's mother, the girl was studying in class 5 in the madrasa and its hostel since July 2024. Police said that Mohammad Hasan, the son of the hostel in-charge, used to visit the hostel frequently. Police said that the girl was called to the madrasa's office. There Hasan pulled the girl's hair, slapped and kicked her. She was allegedly punished for spilling rice and quarreling with other children in the hostel while playing.

Following the complaint, the Kothanur police have registered a case against Hassan under Section 75 (punishment for cruelty to children) of the Juvenile Justice Act (JJ Act) and Section 115 (intentional hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS). A senior police officer has confirmed that the accused has been arrested.
