In this case, the police made only Ankit Dixit the accused and filed a chargesheet against him in the court on 16 March 2016. After that, Ankit married the girl in court. Later, both of them started living together. The court held Ankit guilty in this case and sentenced him to 7 years of imprisonment. In her statement in the court, the girl said that the day she left home, she was 18 years old. She went with Ankit of her own free will. After leaving from here, she married Ankit in court. Both are living happily.
