Atul Subhash Suicide: Preparations for action against judge who demanded bribe?
As the investigation into Atul Subhash's suicide case is progressing, Judge Rita Kaushik is also getting trapped in the ambit of action. After all, what did the family court judge do that Atul Subhash held her responsible in his suicide note.
Jaunpur/Lucknow. After the arrest of wife, mother-in-law and brother-in-law in the Atul Subhash case, the sword of law is also hanging on the judge who is accused of demanding a bribe of 5 lakhs. The incident was on 21 March 2024 when Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik was in her chamber. Atul Subhash was telling the NCRB data about how men are embracing death after getting saddened by such incidents. On this, wife Nikita Singhania had said that why don't you also commit suicide and Judge Sahiba started laughing. Atul Subhash has systematically mentioned this in his 24-page suicide note.
Action can be taken against the judge
In this case, the police have arrested wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania, while uncle-in-law Sushil Singhania is absconding. According to police sources, the suicide note also mentions a judge, so after taking legal advice, the police can take legal action against the judge.
The judge had asked for a bribe
Let us tell you that on 9 December, Atul Subhash's body was found in his house in Bengaluru. A 24-page suicide note and a one-and-a-half-hour video were found in his house in which he narrated the painful story of how he embraced death. Atul Subhash has also mentioned his wife demanding 3 crores, filing 9 cases against him and the judge demanding a bribe. Apart from this, he has also written that when he was telling his tale of woe to the judge in her chamber, the judge sahiba was laughing.
