Atul Subhash Murder Case: New Revelations Surface About Nikita’s Alleged Affairs and Finances

The mysterious case surrounding the suicide of AI engineer Atul Subhash has taken several unexpected turns, with new allegations and revelations coming to light. Police forces from Bengaluru and Uttar Pradesh are investigating the case from multiple angles, as new characters and details emerge.

Allegations Against Nikita Singhania

Atul Subhash accused his wife, Nikita Singhania, of transferring money he sent her to the account of a Lucknow-based RJ named Siddiqui. During his statement to the Jaunpur Court, Atul revealed that despite questioning Nikita about these transactions, she never explained her connection to RJ Siddiqui. Additionally, he claimed that their son Vyom’s birthday was celebrated at Siddiqui’s house. However, Nikita has denied knowing RJ Siddiqui.

Accusations of an Affair with Rohit Nigam

In court, Atul also named Rohit Nigam, alleging that Nikita was having an affair with him. Responding to this, Nikita clarified that Rohit was the son of her father’s friend and a family acquaintance, not her boyfriend. She asserted that Rohit used to visit their home in 2021, even in Atul's presence, questioning why she would invite him if there were an affair.

The Suicide Note and Accusations

Before taking his own life, Atul left a 24-page suicide note in which he accused his wife Nikita, his mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and uncle-in-law of abetting his suicide. Currently, Nikita and two other accused individuals are in judicial custody, while her uncle has been granted anticipatory bail by the High Court. The next court hearing is scheduled for December 31, where evidence collected by the police will be reviewed.

Investigations Around RJ Siddiqui

Police are working to identify RJ Siddiqui and investigate his role in the case, focusing on the money transferred to his account by Nikita. Authorities aim to determine how these funds were utilized and whether there is any connection between Siddiqui and Atul’s allegations.
