Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has now taken such a step that will encourage girl students to higher education. Ashok Gehlot has now given a big gift by increasing the number of scooties distributed to meritorious girl students.

Ashok Gehlot has given this information through social media. He informed that the state government is taking important decisions for the empowerment of girl students and to encourage them to higher education. Now scooters will be distributed to 30 thousand meritorious girl students in the state. The proposal to increase the number of scooters from 20 thousand to 30 thousand has been approved.

Under Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojna and Devnarayan Scooty Yojna, meritorious girl students will now also get the option of buying an electric scooter. Girl students can take the option at the time of online application. 

Under the scheme, if all the girl students apply for e-scooty, then the state government will spend Rs 390 crore. It is notable that in the budget of the year 2023-24, it was announced to increase the number of scooties from 20 thousand to 30 thousand for meritorious girl students.
