A huge fraud has taken place in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. Here, two criminals caught in the case of liquor smuggling not only got bail fraudulently but the illegal liquor worth lakhs of rupees seized from them was also recovered. The bail papers of these criminals have fake signatures of the Chief Judicial Magistrate First and a fake seal has also been affixed. After the matter came to light, the clerk of CJM First registered a case at the city police station. The police have also arrested an accused by raiding.
The case is from the Sahatwar police station area of Ballia. Recently, the police of Sahatwar police station raided the hideouts of a liquor mafia arrested two people, and recovered hundreds of boxes of illegal liquor. Both these accused were in jail. Meanwhile, the miscreants prepared fake bail papers for the CJM court and got both the accused released from jail by forging the judge's signature and putting a fake seal. Not only this, they also got hundreds of boxes of liquor seized in the storehouse released.

However, during this time, the police became suspicious after seeing this fake court order. The matter was investigated. During this, the court clerk said that no such bail order or release order had been issued from his office. After this, the police took the matter seriously and filed a fresh case against the accused and now one accused has been arrested. This accused has been identified as Sushil Kumar Upadhyay son of Tribhuvan Upadhyay resident of Jaunpur.
During the investigation of the case, it was found that this accused had forged the signature of the judge. According to Ballia's city police chief Yogendra Bahadur Singh, one accused has already been arrested in this case and the second has been arrested now. The police are investigating the case. If the names of more accused come to light during this investigation, they will also be arrested.
