The Bar Council of India has released the final answer key of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 19). Candidates who appeared in this All India Bar Examination can view and download the final answer key by visiting the official website of AIBE allindiabarexamination.com. The Bar Council has informed that a total of 28 questions have been withdrawn from the answer key, which includes 7 questions from Set A, 7 from Set B, 7 from Set C, and 7 from Set D.

 

 

The AIBE 19 written exam was conducted on 22 December 2024. In this exam, a total of 100 questions were asked from the candidates from 19 subjects. After this, the provisional answer key was released on 28 December 2024 and then the objection window was opened on 30 December 2024, which closed on 10 January 2025. Candidates who filed objections against the answer key had to pay Rs 500 per objection. A panel of experts examined these objections and after that, the final answer key was released.

Now it is the turn to declare the result of All India Bar Examination. To pass this exam, candidates of general and OBC category will have to score at least 45 percent marks, and candidates of SC-ST and handicapped category will have to score 40 percent marks.

All India Bar Examination: Why is All India Bar Examination held?

This is an eligibility test in which law graduates who want to practice law take part. Only candidates with a 3 or 5 year LLB degree from universities or colleges recognized by BCI can take this exam and on passing, they are given a certificate by the Bar Council that now they have the right to fight anyone's case in the court.
