After becoming the Chief Minister of Delhi, Atishi reached the refuge of Sankat Mochak Hanuman Ji on Tuesday. For the first time after assuming office, Atishi reached the Hanuman temple in Connaught Place and took darshan. She shared the pictures from there on Instagram. She wrote in the caption that, took the blessings of Hanuman Ji in the ancient Hanuman temple located in Connaught Place. This is my prayer to Sankat Mochan that his blessings always remain on all of us, we keep working for the people of Delhi and Kejriwal becomes the Chief Minister once again after the upcoming elections.

During this, she was asked what she asked from God. Then Chief Minister Atishi said today I visited this ancient Hanuman temple in Connaught Place, Hanuman ji has been our troubleshooter, in the last 2 years, there have been all kinds of attacks on Aam Aadmi Party, Delhi Government, and our leader Arvind Kejriwal, our enemies tried to break us, suppress us, silence us, stop the work of Delhi people, but Hanuman ji has protected Aam Aadmi Party in every crisis.

He further said that Hanumanji has protected Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Government, and the people of Delhi. So, today I have asked Hanumanji for just one thing the way his blessings have always been on us, they should remain the same way. We should keep working for the people of Delhi with his blessings and with his blessings, we should make Arvind Kejriwal the Chief Minister of Delhi again in the coming elections.

Atishi took oath as CM

On 17 September, Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi. On the same day, Atishi was elected the leader of the legislative party in the meeting of the legislative party.
