ACP Mohsin Khan case: Victim's pain spilt in court, CCTV footage revealed the secret!

A student of IIT Kanpur has accused ACP Mohsin Khan of raping her on the pretext of marriage. In this case, the police have registered an FIR and started an investigation, and the student has also recorded her statement in court. When the student took the name of ACP Mohsin in the court, her tongue faltered, and she asked for water several times. The student alleged that she has many videos of the ACP, which can be presented as evidence against him.

What did the victim student say in the court?

The IIT victim reiterated the same statement in the court that she had given in the first FIR. The student told in detail about her first meeting with Mohsin and the conversation between them. The victim claimed that Mohsin Khan had told her that he was living separately from his wife and both of them slept in separate bedrooms. Mohsin deceived her that he would soon divorce his wife. After this, Mohsin did the wrong things with the student. When the victim protested, Mohsin threatened her that he would divorce her and everything would be fine.

The SIT investigating the rape case went to IIT Kanpur and recorded the statements of the other students. Also, the footage of CCTV cameras installed near the IIT hostel was also examined. In this footage, ACP Mohsin Khan and the victim are seen together. Apart from this, evidence of both of them entering and exiting the campus has also been found at various entry points of IIT.

Mohsin Khan's arrest expected

ACP Mohsin Khan has been missing since the case was filed. According to the police, efforts are being made to contact him, but he has not returned home. It is expected that the ACP may be arrested after his statement is recorded in court.
