The accused strangled the girl and then hit her head against the wall. Due to this, her entire head was swollen. The accused took the girl to the underground room of his house and committed this incident. After which he killed the girl by hitting her head against the wall and banging her. He kept beating the girl until she died. After getting information about the incident, the family and the neighbours beat the accused so much that he was badly injured. The accused was admitted to the hospital for treatment in police custody.

The girl was called home

The girl lived in a locality in the Town Police Station area. She studied in the government school in the locality. The accused is also a resident of the same locality, whose name is Narayan Saav. He drives a scrap vehicle. The father of the deceased girl said 'Late in the evening, the girl was sent to get flour from the neighbourhood shop. When she came home with the flour, she said that Narayan's uncle had called her home. After which she went to the house of the accused Narayan. When she did not come home after a long time, we went to his house.

Searched the room

On asking about the girl, he said that she was not there and quickly closed the door. When we went with all the people around and asked again, he said that she had left my house and was not there. After which they forcefully entered his house and searched the ground room inside. When they looked, the girl was lying dead under the stool. People informed the police about the entire matter. On getting the information, SP Raj, SP Parichay Kumar, Town Police Station Incharge Devraj Rai reached the spot with their police team.

Accused beaten up

The people of the locality beat up the accused badly, after which the accused was brought to the hospital for treatment under police custody. Giving information in this case, SP Bhojpur Mr Raj said that the accused has been arrested. The victim's family beat him up in anger. He has been taken into police custody and is undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital. A forensic investigation of the incident has been done. The police have recovered many important evidence from his house. Based on evidence, a speedy trial will be conducted against the accused and an attempt will be made to get him punished within a month.
