According to the information, this entire case is being told of Puranpur Kotwali police station area of ​​Pilibhit district. On 9 September 2024, an FIR was registered against the accused Amjad. A total of 5 accused including his mother and brother are named in this FIR. The search for other absconding accused is on. Amjad was also absconding since the case was registered. In this case, Kotwali in-charge Naresh Tyagi says that the victim is a resident of Dhangadhi in Nepal. On 9 September 2024, the woman had lodged a complaint in Puranpur Kotwali of Pilibhit. The woman said that in the year 2013 she used to work in Dhangadhi of Nepal. Pilibhit taxi driver Amjad often used to come there. He befriended her by introducing himself as Ajay and lured her with a job in Delhi.

The victim was called to India

The victim told that accused Amjad, posing as Ajay, lured her into getting a job and called her to India. When she came to India, he kept her at his brother-in-law Wahid Khan's place in Kalimnagar, Pilibhit. The accused not only raped the victim at gunpoint, but also forced her to convert and marry them. Amjad's family also supported him in this heinous act. During this time, she was kept at different places in Pilibhit.

Threatened to kill

When the victim did not agree to convert, Amjad threatened to kill her. The accused gave the victim a choice between Islam and death. The victim converted to Islam to save her life. The victim was converted in Bareilly. The victim's name was changed to Mehrunnisha after conversion. Not only this, she was also pressured to eat beef.

Married a divorcee

After conversion, Amjad got the victim married to his brother and divorced father Firoz, who has 4 children. When the victim protested against this, the accused along with his brothers Firoz and Rangeela beat her up badly. Their other brother Changez has also raped the victim several times. The victim also told that Changez used to bring many Sikh and Hindu girls to the house.

Also attacked with sword

The victim told the police that many maulanas used to come to the house of the accused with gifts. The accused also attacked the victim with a sword in the year 2022. The victim told that the accused's brother Changez also used to peep while the victim was bathing. He used to bring many Sikh and Hindu girls as well. After this, finally fed up, the victim lodged a complaint against them. In this case, Bajrang Dal workers had demanded strict action from the police. Then action was taken against all the accused under sections 64, 352, 351 (3), 115 (2), and 76 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS).
