World Tiger Day: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot expressed happiness over this


Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today expressed happiness over the number of tigers exceeding 100 in four tiger reserves of Rajasthan. 

In this regard, Ashok Gehlot tweeted that on the occasion of World Tiger Day, I am happy to inform you that today the number of tigers in four tiger reserves of Rajasthan has crossed 100. This is a testimony to the success of the 'Tiger Project' started in 1973 by the then Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi for tiger conservation.

At the same time, he informed by tweeting that from today a three-day tiger photo exhibition is being organized by the Jaipur Tiger Festival in collaboration with the Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur.
