Winter Yoga Tips: If you want to stay fit and active in winter, then include these yogasanas in your routine!


There is a lot of laziness in getting out of bed in winter, due to which the daily work gets affected as well as the fit routine. Then there is such a variety of food in winter that something or the other goes on throughout the day. In such a situation, it happens that due to not being able to exercise, obesity starts increasing and along with it, cholesterol also increases. So to keep yourself active and fit this season, instead of heavy workouts, focus on yogasanas. Which you can easily deal with at home in just 15-20 minutes. Miracle of Surya namaskar

Surya Namaskar is a complete exercise consisting of 12 asanas, with the help of which you can keep your body fit, active and energetic. Surya Namaskar gives relief from many problems, from reducing obesity to increasing flexibility of the body, and reducing pain and stiffness in the body. So do it 3 to 5 times in the morning on an empty stomach. Surya Namaskar is also effective in enhancing the beauty of the face along with the body.  

Vrikshasana and Tadasana

This asana is also such that you can do it at home by yourself without any expert. You may find this asana easy to see, but it has many benefits. Not only the body, but these asanas also keep you mentally fit and active. Many people feel very depressed in winter, so they must practice these asanas.

Some pranayama calms the mind as well as relieves many physical problems, such as Kapalbhati reduces belly fat, while Bhramari is helpful in removing migraine and sore throats. So there the practice of Anulom-Vilom improves the working capacity of the lungs. So, even if it is five minutes after yoga, definitely do pranayama. This will make you feel fresh throughout the day.
