Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has taken a big step to hear civil and motor accident claims. CM Gehlot has now given administrative approval to issue a notification to give powers to newly created Family Courts at Bhilwara, Sriganganagar and Udaipur to hear civil cases and motor accident claims.

It is noteworthy that about appointing the presiding officers of the newly created Family Courts and Additional District Judge Courts as Additional Sessions Judges and giving all the powers of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate to the presiding officers of the newly created and upgraded Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Courts. The order has already been issued by the High Court.

According to the above proposal, due to the hearing of civil and motor accident claims in the newly created Family Court No.-2, Bhilwara, No.-2 Sriganganagar, and No.-3 Udaipur, uniformity will be maintained in all the Family Courts.
