Rajasthan: Now farmers will get their compensation, CM took an important decision
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has once again taken a big step in the interest of farmers. He has also given information about sensitive decisions through social media. CM Ashok Gehlot has given financial approval of Rs 13 crore to the farmers for compensation to farmers for crop damage caused by floods in 61 villages of Sikar district. About 35,212 farmers in the area will be benefited from this decision.
It is noteworthy that due to double the normal rainfall in monsoon this year, farmers have to face crop failure in many areas. 61 villages have been declared as lacking by the Chief Minister by conducting girdawari of the farmers affected by excessive rains in Sikar district.
Instructions have been given to give compensation to the farmers who have suffered crop loss of 33 percent or more in these villages so that relief can be provided to them. This step of Ashok Gehlot will benefit the farmers.
