Police in Jaipur created a new record by selling stolen goat: Rajendra Rathore
Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod has targeted the Ashok Gehlot government after Chaksu MLA Ved Prakash Solanki accused the Jaipur Police of selling stolen goats.
BJP leader Rajendra Rathod tweeted in this regard that the terror of the goat thief gang in Mewar, Rajasthan, and the donkey thief gang in Hanumangarh had not diminished yet that now the police in Jaipur made a new record by selling the stolen goat. During the public hearing, allegations have been made by the ruling party MLA against the police for the theft of goats.
It appears that the donkey thief and goat thief gangs have got the biggest protection in the Gehlot government. This incident has proved the allegations leveled by me in the Vidhan Sabha. The government should make donkey thief prevention cells and goat thief prevention cells.
According to the 20th Animal Census, the number of donkeys in the year 2012 was 81,468 which decreased to 23,374 in the year 2019 i.e. a decrease of 71.31%. At the same time, the number of goats was 21.67 million in the year 2012, which decreased to 20.84 million in the year 2019 i.e. a decrease of 3.81 percent.
