Officials should ensure that the benefits of the schemes reach the last mile of the society: Mamta Bhupesh


The state government is working as Ganesh for the poor and in this direction more than one schemes are being operated for the welfare of every section. The officers should work in harmony to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach the last mile of the society. 

Women and Child Development Minister Mamta Bhupesh said this while addressing a meeting held at the Zilla Parishad auditorium in Churu. She said that it is the wish of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot that every person of the state should get the benefit of the government scheme run for him and the quality of services of government departments should be continuously improved.

While reviewing the schemes and services of Women and Child Development Department, Women's Empowerment Department and Child Empowerment Department, he said that children coming to Anganwadi centers are the future of the country, officials should ensure that these children get quality nutrition and better education. 

She directed to give priority to mobile repair training under the Utkarsh scheme and said that the actual benefit of the schemes should be given to the eligible and needy persons.
