Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has now approved two big proposals in the interest of the common man. He has given this information through social media. He tweeted in this regard that in the newly formed 17 municipalities, the proposal of the grant has been approved for the payment of salary and allowances for the sanctioned posts.

According to the proposal, Rs 26.79 crore (Rs 1.57 crore per municipality) and Rs 47.79 crore (Rs 2.81 crore per municipality) will be sanctioned annually for the first two years from 01.04. provision has been made. 

It is noteworthy that in the budget of the year 2022-23, along with the octroi recharge grant for the salaries and allowances of the employees of the urban bodies of the state, provision for a grant on the basis of gap funding was announced.

On the other hand, in the newly formed municipality Thanagaji (Alwar), the proposal for a revised financial provision of Rs 23 crore 33 lakh has been approved for upgrading the rural water supply scheme to the urban water supply scheme. 

With this decision, proper arrangement of drinking water will be made in Thanagaji municipal area and this will give relief to the common man from the drinking water problem. After the approval of the above proposal, the drinking water problem of the people of the municipal area will be resolved soon.
