Ashok Gehlot approved 12 thousand 421 posts of Vice-Principal in Government Higher Secondary Schools


Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal for the creation of 12 thousand 421 new posts of Vice-Principal (L-14) in Government Higher Secondary Schools. He has given this information through social media. 

He tweeted in this regard that these new posts of Vice-Principal would be created in 10,217 schools located at the Panchayat level and urban cluster and 2,204 schools with more than 275 enrollments.

With this decision, along with strengthening the management system for quality education in Government Higher Secondary Schools, smooth operation and supervision of educational work will be better. 

Also, promotion opportunities will increase in the department and there will be more clarity in the promotion channel in the future.

It is noteworthy that the Cabinet has given approval in April 2022 to amend the Rajasthan Educational (State and Subordinate) Service Rules 2021 to cadre the post of Vice-Principal and its notification has also been issued by the Personnel Department.
