800 people died in a train accident, this was the most dangerous train accident in India

There have been not one but many train accidents in India. Recently a train accident happened on Wednesday near Paranda station in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Due to the fire, people started jumping from the moving train. This accident has shocked everyone. The biggest train accident in the country happened 43 years ago in Bihar, in which 800 people lost their lives. It has become very difficult for people to forget that accident. This accident shook not only the country but the whole world.

When this accident happened on 6th June 1981, it was rainy in the evening. The 9-bogie passenger train was heavily packed with passengers. Train number 416DN was going from Mansi to Saharsa. This was the only train running on both these routes, due to which a large number of passengers were present in the train. Those who did not get a place to sit on the train were seen hanging on the doors or windows of the train. Even passengers were sitting on the roof of the train.

A train accident took the lives of 800 people in one go!

When the train was passing through Badla Ghat and Dhamara Ghat station, a big accident happened. 7 out of 9 coaches of the train fell into the raging river. There was a lot of screaming and shouting. People started shouting to save their lives. People were not given relief immediately in this accident. About 800 people died in this accident. However according to government figures, 300 people died in this accident. The accident was so terrible that the bodies of many people were not even recovered. A search operation was conducted for many days.
