13-year-old disabled girl raped, 63 year old accused crossed all limits, made a video

Here a 63-year-old man has raped a 13-year-old disabled girl by luring her. He did all this when the victim was returning from her school. The accused lured her and took her towards the canal. When he was doing bad things with the girl, a person from the village caught him at that time. He also started making a video of the accused. In this case, the police have currently registered a case under the POCSO Act. The accused has also been arrested.

A woman from a village in Ismailabad block told in her complaint that she has a 13-year-old disabled girl who studies in 9th class. She is not able to speak properly. The accused was aware of this and he took advantage of this. When she was returning from school on 16th December, the accused was taking the girl away. At that time, a man from the village became suspicious. When he reached the bushes, he saw that the accused was raping the girl. He first made a video and then saved the girl.

The accused was arrested and sent to jail

The mother of the accused said that the person who saved her told her brother-in-law about this. The brother-in-law informed them about this. Later, a complaint was lodged with the police informing them about this. When the girl was medically examined, the police immediately registered a case and arrested the accused.
