102 ambulance service will start at each district headquarters for the treatment of sick animals in Rajasthan: Pramod Jain
In Rajasthan, for the treatment of sick animals, 102 ambulance services are being started at each district headquarters and Gaushala development works will be carried out by running a campaign under Gaushala Vikas Yojna. Mines and Gopalan Minister Pramod Jain 'Bhaya' said this while addressing the Gaushala operators of Churu district and officers of the Gopalan Department in a program organized at Shree Balaji Gaushala Sansthan Salasar in Churu district on Friday.
During this, Pramod Jain has said that Nandishala will be constructed at the cost of one crore 57 lakhs at each Panchayat Samiti level in the state, under which 10 percent contribution will be spent by the concerned institute and 90 percent contribution will be spent by the Department of Gopalan.
The Minister said that on the demand of Gaushala operators in the state, a grant of Rs 16 to 20 for small animals and Rs 32 to 40 for the big animal has been approved by the state government.
The process of applying for the Gaushala grant has been simplified and made online and the limit of 200 cows in each cowshed is being reduced to 100. For the protection of Nandis in the state, a grant of 9 months in a year and for Gaushalas will be given for 9 months instead of 6 months in a year.
