YouTuber Elvish Yadav confessed to ordering snake venom for parties!

According to sources, Bigg Boss OTT winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has confessed to the police that he had arranged for snakes and snake venom in the rave parties organized by him.

The 26-year-old YouTuber also confessed that he had met all the accused arrested by the police in the snake venom use case at a party in Noida in November last year.

Elvish Yadav is also accused of using snakes in his video shoots. He had earlier told the police that the snakes seen in his video were arranged by Bollywood singer Fazilpuriya.

Earlier on Sunday, March 17, Yadav was arrested by Noida Police in connection with the investigation of the case. Later, he was produced before a court, which sent him to 14 days of judicial custody.

Notably, Yadav was one of the six people named in the FIR lodged at Sector 49 police station in Noida. Five other accused were arrested in November, but are currently out on bail.

The case is under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, sections 120B (participating in criminal conspiracy), 284 (negligent conduct relating to poison which endangers human safety), and 289 (negligent conduct in relation to animals) of the Indian Penal Code. Was registered under.

Charges under the stringent Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act were also added to the case. Earlier, forensic reports had confirmed the presence of snake venom in the samples collected from the party.
