Raped by mixing drugs

She accused Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi of mixing drugs in her drinks and raping her in a car when she was 17 years old. Kangana said that Pancholi had taken many objectionable pictures of her. He used these to blackmail her and force her to have sex with him. In this case, a case was registered against Aditya at Versova police station under sections 376, 328, 384, 341, 342, 323, 506.

Forced sex in a Range Rover car

In her statement to the police, Kangana said that she met Pancholi when she was 17 years old. Pancholi was 38 years old at that time. He was married and had two children. In 2004, she went to a party with Pancholi where their drinks were mixed with drugs. When Pancholi came to drop her on the way, he raped her in his Range Rover car in the middle of Yari Road. The next time she met Pancholi, he asked her to live like husband and wife. When Kangana refused citing that he was of her father's age, he showed her photographs and threatened her. Between 2004-06, Pancholi met Kangana several times and forcibly had physical relations with her.
