Asha Sachdev was born on 27 May 1956. She belonged to a Muslim family where her father **Aashiq Hussain Warsi** was a poet and lyricist while her mother **Razia** was an actress. But her childhood was not very happy. After her parents divorced, Asha and her sister started living with their mother and her father had her brother.

Love with Kishan Lal and a tragic accident.  

Asha Sachdev never married, but she fell in love with a lawyer **Kishan Lal**. Their marriage was fixed, but a few days before the wedding, a tragic accident happened. Kishan Lal died in a car accident, which left Asha devastated. After this tragedy, she never thought of getting married and decided to live a single life.
