Ranbir-Alia's daughter Raha will become the richest star kid with a bungalow worth Rs 250 crore! Know the truth!

Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor were seen together at their under-construction bungalow in Bandra, the heart of Mumbai. Now, if reports are to be believed, the couple has decided to register the bungalow in the name of their daughter Rah Kapoor, making her "B-Town's youngest, richest star kid".

A source tells Bollywood Life, “Both Ranbir and Alia are investing their hard-earned money equally to build their dream home. Once all this is built, the house will cost more than ₹250 crore and will make it the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area, compared to Shahrukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa.

The source further added, “It is also being said that Ranbir Kapoor, who loves his daughter Raha Kapoor immensely, will name the bungalow after her, and this will make his daughter the richest star kid in Bollywood. Along with this huge bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and they are worth more than Rs 60 crore.

The source also said that Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow and after the completion of the bungalow, the entire "Kapoor clan" will live together under one roof.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to share the screen once again after Brahmastra in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love and War. The film also stars Vicky Kaushal and is set to go on floors in 2025. The announcement of the film has already created a huge stir and fans can't wait to see the trio together. Alia Bhatt also has Jigra in the pipeline in which she is seen sharing the screen with Vedang Raina. The actress has co-produced the film with Karan Johar and it is scheduled to release in theatres on September 27.
