Priyanka Chopra sold her four houses together, the deal was done for so many crores.

Hindi cinema's 'desi girl' i.e. Priyanka Chopra is counted among the most expensive and richest actresses in the industry. Apart from films, Priyanka also earns a lot from brand endorsements and investments. The actress has now made a deal worth crores of rupees in India while sitting in America. Priyanka has sold not one or two but four of her apartments in Mumbai for crores of rupees.

According to a Hindustan Times report, the actress has sold her four apartments in Mumbai to a family. This has benefited the actress by more than Rs 16 crore. This transaction took place on March 3, 2025. Different members of the Sachdeva family have purchased this property.

For how many crores was the deal done?

Priyanka Chopra has sold all her apartments for Rs 16.17 crore. These four flats are in Oberoi Sky Gardens in Lokhandwala Complex, Mumbai. Of these, three flats are on the 18th floor while one flat is on the 19th floor. Flat number 1801/A was bought by Shruti Gaurav Sachdeva for Rs 3 crore 45 lakh 11 thousand 500. Stamp duty of Rs 17 lakh 26 thousand was paid for this 1,075 square feet flat.

Flat number 1801/C was bought by Sneha Dang Sachdeva for Rs 2 crore 85 lakh. A stamp duty of Rs 14 lakh 25 thousand was paid for this 885 square feet flat. Flat number 1901/C was sold to Raunak Triloka Sachdeva for Rs 3 crore 52 lakh. A stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh 12 thousand was paid for this 1,100 square feet flat. At the same time, a pair of flats (1801/B and 1901/B) was sold for Rs 6 crore 35 lakh. It was bought by Rajni Trilok Sachdeva and a stamp duty of Rs 31 lakh 75 thousand was paid.

Priyanka is living in America since marriage

Priyanka Chopra married American singer Nick Jonas in the year 2018. After marriage, Priyanka left India and shifted to America. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Nick and daughter Malti. However, the actress keeps coming to India from time to time. Recently Priyanka came to India for the wedding of her brother Siddharth Chopra.
