Recently, Maharashtra NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead in public. Baba Siddiqui was close to Salman Khan. After his death, Salman Khan is facing a threat. Lawrence Bishnoi gang has taken responsibility for Baba Siddiqui's murder. This gang has also threatened Salman Khan. However, while Mumbai Police has increased his security, now his ex-girlfriend has also come forward to defend Salman.

Salman Khan was once in a relationship with actress Somi Ali. The two broke up in 1999. After the relationship ended, Somi never said anything against Salman Khan but has always stood in his defense. Now recently, she has invited gangster Lawrence Bishnoi to talk on a Zoom call. Somi currently lives in America and has become a women's rights activist.

Currently, Lawrence Bishnoi is in Sabarmati Jail. Somi Ali has posted a picture of Lawrence Bishnoi on her official social media account. Along with this, Somi wrote, “This is a direct message for Lawrence Bishnoi, Namaste, Lawrence bhai, I have heard and seen that you are doing zoom calls from jail, so I want to talk to you about something. Please tell me how this can be done. Our favorite place in the whole world is Rajasthan. We want to come to your temple for worship, but first let us have a zoom call with you and some things should be decided after the worship, then believe me, this will be for your benefit. Please give me your mobile number, it will be a great favor. Thank you.

Even before this, Somi Ali had given her message to the Bishnoi community on this issue. In May 2024, during an interview, she said that if you are trying to kill someone or shoot a gun at him, then you are crossing your limit. I do not support hunting as any kind of sport, but the incident that happened was a long time ago. Salman was underage in 1998, I request the head of the Bishnoi community to forget this and move on. I apologize to all of you on behalf of his mistake, please forgive him.

The very next day after Baba Siddiqui's death, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang took responsibility for it through a Facebook post. The post said that Salman Khan, we do not want this war. We do not have any enmity with anyone, but whoever helps Salman Khan and Dawood Ibrahim, should keep their accounts.
