Bollywood star actor Akshay Kumar will now be seen in the film Mission Raniganj. His film may be released on October 05. Akshay Kumar's upcoming film Mission Raniganj is said to be inspired by the life of mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill.

Jaswant Singh Gill was instrumental in saving 64 lives in Raniganj Coalfields in 1989. In this film, Akshay Kumar will appear in the role of Jaswant Singh Gill. The film was initially titled Capsule Gill. Which was changed to The Great Indian Rescue. Now the name of the film has been changed for the second time.

Now it has been named Mission Raniganj. Akshay Kumar is in headlines these days for his film OMG 2. Although the film did not get the desired success at the box office.
