Gangster Goldie Brar gave a blistering interview to a TV news channel, openly threatening to kill Bollywood superstar Salman Khan over an old enmity. Despite being a wanted gangster and fugitive, Brar has appeared in TV interviews while his whereabouts are still unknown.
Goldie Brar, who is part of the infamous Lawrence Bishnoi gang and claimed responsibility for the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala, has now said that he will definitely kill Salman Khan because of the previous incident where the actor insulted the Bishnoi community.
Canada-based fugitive and Punjabi gangster Goldie Brar had earlier said that Salman Khan was on the gang's kill list, and had issued several threats to the actor, due to which his personal security was beefed up to protect him from any attack.
In an interview with India Today TV, Goldie Brar can be heard saying, "We will kill him, we will kill him for sure. Bhai Sahib (Lawrence) had said that he would not apologize. Baba will show mercy only when he feels mercy.

Earlier, gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi had said in an interview that he would be willing to end the enmity between him and Salman Khan if Salman made a public apology to the Bishnoi community and went to a temple to seek forgiveness from God.
Goldie Brar further told India Today that killing Salman Khan is the life goal of the gang, adding, “As we have said earlier, it is not just about Salman Khan. As long as we live we will continue our efforts against all our enemies. Salman Khan is our target, there is no doubt about it.
Why is Lawrence Bishnoi's gang's vendetta against Salman Khan?
Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members have several times expressed their desire to kill Salman Khan over decades-old personal enmity. This vendetta against the film actor began during the 1998 blackbuck poaching case.
During the shooting of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain, Salman Khan was accused of hunting two blackbucks along with co-actors Saif Ali Khan and Sonali Bendre. Later, Khan was sentenced to five years in prison but was later released on bail.
The blackbuck is an endangered species in India and is considered a sacred animal for the Bishnoi community. Salman Khan's hunting of a black buck was seen as an insult to the Bishnoi community, after which Lawrence Bishnoi decided to kill the actor.
