Shekhar Suman: Shekhar Suman is currently enjoying the success of the web series 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar'. This web series marks Sanjay Dutt's return to the big screen after the 2017 starrer film 'Bhoomi'. However, Shekhar Suman does not like to see Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Heeramandi' as his comeback. In a recent interview, he compared himself to Dilip Kumar and Aamir Khan and said that this break was because no role was able to excite him.

Shekhar Suman said in an interview with Indian Express, "I don't want to work just for the sake of looks." He said, "I am a theater actor. This is not a return. You're just waiting for the right role to come your way. There may be a gap, you can call it a gap because the role is going to excite me. I don't work just to look like I am a part of 10 OTT series, five

he further said, 'I have learned from Dilip Kumar Sahab. He probably used to do one film every two to three years. Aamir Khan... All of them carry themselves in such a way that people remain thirsty to see them. If this does not happen then it is very painful for an actor. In the middle of a show or movie, you realize that you have made a mistake. This is the worst feeling.”
