Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have divorced after eight years of marriage.
Hollywood star Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce has finally been finalized. After many years, the divorce of both of them has been sealed. Jolie, 49, once accused Pitt, 61, of misconduct.
Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have officially divorced. After 8 years, the divorce of both of them has been finalized. This has been one of the longest and most controversial divorces in Hollywood history. But now before the new year, both of them have got a stamp of divorce.
Angelina Jolie's attorney, James Simon, confirmed the couple's divorce settlement on Monday.
She said she was living separately from Pitt with her children. No court documents have yet been filed and the agreement will require a judge's signature.
Jolie, 49, and Pitt, 61, were one of the most talked-about couples in Hollywood for 12 years and the Oscar-winning couple together have six children. Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, saying Pitt abused her and her children.
In 2019, a judge declared them divorced, but the division of property and responsibility for the children needed to be dealt with separately. A private judge appointed by the couple for the case had ruled equal responsibility for their children, but Jolie had petitioned that as well.
