Review: ‘The Duke’ is Charming, Understated, and Fully Pleasurable

The Brits make the most appealing criminals. From Jack the Ripper to John Christie, the fiend who murdered scores of women and sealed them in the walls of his row home at 10 Rillington Place, the creeps and cretins in the information of Scotland Garden have us conquer for motion picture material, 10 to 1.
