SBI: State Bank of India has given discount offer to its customers, know this

Before the start of the festive season, State Bank of India has offered discounts on home loans to its customers. If you are planning to take a loan from this bank then there is good news for you. According to reports, the bank has launched a special campaign in view of the festive season to give concession of up to 65 basis points (bps) on home loans.

This concession of State Bank of India is applicable on Regular Home Loan, Flexipay, NRI, Non Salaried, Upon Home. Home loan concession will be available to customers till December 31, 2023. At the same time, the bank has also given exemption in processing fees to the customers.

According to the State Bank of India website, the bank has provided 50 percent discount in processing fees on card rates for all home loans and top up versions. Along with this, 100 percent processing rebate will be given for houses ready for acquisition, sale and transfer.
