SBI customers ALERT: State Bank of India has issued a warning for the customers!
The country's largest lender State Bank of India has issued a fresh advisory warning its customers to beware of fraudulent customer care numbers. SBI has also suggested ways for customers to keep their accounts safe from online fraudsters.
According to SBI, customers should disconnect the calls from unverified numbers or callers claiming to be SBI customer care officers. SBI said that customers will have to visit the official website of the bank for the correct customer care number.
The country's largest bank said in a tweet, "Beware of fraudulent customer care numbers. Please visit the official website of SBI for the correct customer care number. Refrain from sharing confidential banking information with anyone.

A video has also been shared by SBI explaining to its customers how cybercriminals can use even a single mistake to withdraw money from their accounts.
Earlier also SBI had alerted lakhs of its customers about online frauds and other illegal activities. SBI had earlier warned its customers about fake customer care numbers and fake calls.
