Petrol-Diesel: You will not get petrol-diesel on 13 and 14 September, this big reason came to the fore

If you have to complete some important work or go out somewhere, then please fill diesel petrol in your vehicle on 12th September only. One reason for this is that you will not get petrol diesel on 13th and 14th September. Yes, this decision has been taken by Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association.

According to media reports, petrol pumps will remain closed for two days in Rajasthan demanding reduction in VAT on petrol and diesel. Even after this, if VAT is not reduced, the association has warned of going on indefinite strike.

According to the news, Petroleum Dealers Association says that VAT on petrol diesel is higher in Rajasthan as compared to neighboring states Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Gujarat. In such a situation, petrol is costlier by Rs 13 and diesel by Rs 10. 

People of Rajasthan are buying petrol diesel from neighboring states due to which the sales of petrol pump operators of Rajasthan have reduced. The association says that the state government has already been requested several times to reduce VAT. The association said that petrol pumps will remain closed from 10 am to 6 pm on 13 and 14 September in demand of reducing VAT.
