A total of 30 vacancies will be appointed by NCERT through this recruitment drive. Of these, 3 posts of Academic Consultant, 23 posts of Bilingual Translator, and 4 posts of Junior Project Fellow are to be filled. 

Qualification required for application

NCERT has invited applications for Academic Consultant, Bilingual Translators, and Junior Project Fellows under the Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET). Candidates wishing to apply for these posts must have relevant qualifications. 

Candidates applying for Academic Consultant posts must have PhD qualification from a recognized university.

Master degree holders can apply for bilingual translator posts.

Candidates applying for Junior Project Fellow must have a Master's degree.

Age Range

Under this vacancy of NCERT, the maximum age of candidates applying for the posts of Academic Consultant and Bilingual Translator has been fixed at 45 years, and for Junior Project Fellow, the maximum age limit has been fixed at 40 years.

Selection will be like this

Candidates applying for these posts will be called for an interview. The list of final candidates will be prepared based on their performance in the interview.

You will get this much salary

Candidates selected for Academic Consultant posts will get Rs 60,000 every month as salary. 

Candidates selected for bilingual translators will be given a salary of Rs 30,000 per month. 

Candidates selected for Junior Project Fellow will be given Rs 31,000 per month as salary.
