Gold Rate Today: Gold prices rise, silver shines intact

The shine of gold is still intact today. There has been an increase in the price of gold today. The price of 24-carat gold is ₹ 8,695 per gram and the price of 22-carat gold is Rs 7,970. There is an increase of Rs 33 per gram in the price of 24-carat gold and Rs 30 per gram in 22-carat gold. At the same time, there is no change in the price of silver.

According to the data of Good Returns, 10 grams of 24-carat gold is seeing a rise of Rs 330 and 22-carat gold is seeing a rise of Rs 300 per 10 grams. Yesterday, the rate of 24 carat 10 grams of gold was Rs 86,620. Today it has increased to Rs 86,950. The same is the case with 22-carat gold, where its rate was Rs 79,400 per 10 grams yesterday. Today it has increased by Rs 300 to Rs 79,700. At the same time, there has been no change in the prices of silver. The price of silver is still Rs 1,00,500 per kg today.

In the country's financial capital Mumbai, today the price of 22 carat gold is Rs 7,970 per gram and the price of 24 carat gold is Rs 8,695 per gram. In Chennai too, the price of 22 carat and 24 carat gold is the same.

Gold and silver prices in futures market

There is a rise in the prices of gold and silver in the futures market. The price of gold contract expiring on 5th April on MCX is Rs. 85504.00, in which there is a rise of Rs. 449. At the same time, there is a rise in the prices of silver as well. There is also a jump of Rs. 355 in the price of the contract expiring on 5th March. Silver expiring on 5th March is trading at Rs. 95935.00 per kg.
