Gold price today: The price of gold has become so much on Thursday!


The price of 24-karat gold in the country today touched Rs 49,480 per 10 grams on November 18, an increase of Rs 10 from yesterday's selling price of Rs 49,470. Silver is selling at Rs 66,300 per kg, down by Rs 100 from yesterday's trading price at Rs 66,400.

The price of the highly sought-after metal varies on a daily basis due to countrywide making charges, excise duties, and state taxes.
In Mumbai, 22-carat gold is being bought for Rs 48,480 per 10 grams. Whereas in the national capital, 22 carat gold for the same quantity is trading at Rs 48,240. Similarly, the precious metal is selling at Rs 46,260 per 10 grams in Chennai. Today 22 carat gold price in Kolkata is Rs 48,740 for the same quantity.
According to the Good Returns website, 24-karat gold is trading at Rs 52,410 and Rs 49,480 per 10 grams in New Delhi and Mumbai respectively. Similarly, the price of the same quantity in Kolkata is Rs 51,440 while in Chennai gold is trading at Rs 50,460 today.
If we look at other cities, then the 24-karat gold price in Lucknow and Coimbatore is Rs 50,110 and Rs 50,460 per 10 grams respectively. Also, the same quantity of 22 carat gold in both these cities is Rs 47,100 and Rs 46,260.

The latest update from Hyderabad shows that 24-karat gold is being bought for Rs 50,060 per 10 grams. At the same time, 22 carat gold is being sold in the same city for Rs 46,890.

In Kerala, 24-carat gold is being sold today at Rs 50,070 per 10 grams, while 22 carat gold is being sold at Rs 45,890 per 10 grams. However, the price of 24 carat gold in Jaipur is Rs 50,800 per 10 grams.

According to the latest Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) data, gold futures fell 0.20 per cent to Rs 49,194.00, while silver futures fell 0.45 per cent to Rs 66,324.00.
