Big gift on New Year, LPG cylinder prices fall drastically, air fuel prices also reduced

LPG Gas Cylinder Price: People have received a big gift on New Year's morning. In addition to the steep fall in LPG cylinder prices, there has been a change in the prices of air fuel. The new prices will come into effect from January 1.

LPG Gas Cylinder New Rate: On the occasion of New Year, the countrymen have received great relief. The price of LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs 14.50. However, this relief is only for commercial cylinders i.e. 19Kg LPG cylinders. While there has been no change in the prices of domestic gas cylinders i.e. 14kg ones. Talking about commercial cylinders, after the reduction in prices in the capital Delhi, it will now be available for Rs 1804, whereas earlier it was available for Rs 1818.50.

Apart from this, airlines have also been given a big gift by paying fuel prices on New Year's Day. OMCs have reduced the prices of aviation fuel from January 1. Aviation fuel prices will be revised on January 1, 2025, as part of the regular monthly update. The change is expected to impact airline ticket prices, which could see an increase on the back of new fuel rates. The price of aviation fuel was reduced by Rs 11401.37 per kiloliter in ATF prices in December. In November, the price was increased by Rs 2941.5 per kiloliter.

While talking about domestic gas cylinders, there has been no change in it. There has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders even on the first day of the year 2025. In the capital Delhi, 14kg i.e. domestic cylinders will be available only at the rates of 1 August 2024. Apart from this, talking about Patna, domestic cylinders will be available at the old rates i.e. Rs 892.50. The price of LPG cylinder in Kolkata is Rs 829, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai. Apart from this, the price of domestic cylinder in Patna will be available for Rs 892.50.
