At the same time, some shares of Ashneer Grover will be transferred to the Resilient Growth Trust. While the remaining shares will be transferred by his family trust. After this agreement, BharatPe and Ashneer Grover will no longer pursue the cases filed against each other.

At the same time, Ashneer Grover wrote on the social media platform X that "he has reached an agreement with BharatPe." He further said that I have full faith in the board and management of BharatPe, they are working to take the company forward in the right direction. He further wrote that "I will no longer be associated with BharatPe in any way. This includes shareholding. My remaining shares will be managed by the family trust. Both parties have decided not to pursue the case further. I am confident that all parties of BharatPe will benefit from this."
