Name: Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme

Administrator: The central government oversees the implementation of the scheme

• Click on the ' Am I Eligible ' option.
• Provide your mobile number and verify OTP.
