Yes, Public Sector Canara Bank has increased the service charge on all types of debit cards. According to the bank, the new service charges will be applicable from February 13. The bank has increased service charges on annual fees, replacement of cards, debit card inactivity charges, and charges for SMS alerts. 

According to the information, the annual charge for the classic or standard debit card has increased from Rs 125 to Rs 200.

 The charge for the Platinum card has been increased from Rs 250 to Rs 500. The annual charge for business cards has been increased from Rs 300 to Rs 500. In such a situation, it is certain to put a burden on your pocket.
