Let us tell you that IRCTC has started a new chatbot in partnership with Jio Haptic so that there is no problem in delivering food to the passengers in the train. The name of this chatbot is Ziva. Through this you can easily order food on Ziva WhatsApp chatbot just on your smartphone. After this you have to share your PNR number. Then in a few minutes your food will be available at your seat. Apart from this, if you want, you can also do real time tracking of eating it. You do not need any app in this process. You can easily do your work only through Ziva WhatsApp chatbot.

Where can this service be availed?
At present, this service has been started at selected railway stations of the country. After this, gradually this service will be started in the rest of the railway stations of the country.
