According to the Good Returns website, 10 grams of 22-carat gold is being bought and sold in Mumbai and Kolkata for Rs 47,360. The price of gold in the same quantity is Rs 48,210 in Chennai and Rs 47,510 in New Delhi.

If you look at the rate of 24-carat gold, then 10 grams of gold is being traded at Rs 51,660 in Kolkata and Mumbai. The price of gold of the same 24-carat purity is Rs 51,830 in New Delhi. The price of 10 grams of gold in Chennai is Rs 52,590.

In Ahmedabad and Lucknow, 10 grams of 22-carat gold are being sold at Rs 47,410 and Rs 47,510 respectively. The price of gold of the same 24-carat purity is Rs 51,720 in Ahmedabad and Rs 51,830 in Lucknow.

In Bhubaneswar, Vijayawada, and Kerala, 10 grams of 22-carat gold is available for Rs 47,360. The same quantity of gold can be bought in Bangalore, Mysore, and Mangalore for Rs 47,410. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold in Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, and Kerala is Rs 51,660. The same quantity is being sold in Mysore, Bangalore, and Mangalore for Rs 51,720.

According to the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) data, gold futures maturing on October 5 fell by 0.01 percent to Rs 51,376.00. Silver futures maturing on September 5 this year also saw a decline of 0.36 percent and closed at Rs 57,380.00.
