According to a senior PNB official, the report said that those who avail of home loans in this expo will get loans at an interest rate of 8.4 percent per annum. Similarly, if someone wants to take a car loan, then the rate is slightly different. The interest rate on a car loan starts from 8.75 percent as compared to a home loan. Apart from this, if someone wants to take a loan for installing a solar plant under PM Surya Ghar Yojana, then he will get loan at just 7 percent per annum.
